Hi, I’m Diana – Personal Trainer, certified Menopause Coach, and founder of HERBLOOMING. I support women in midlife to reconnect with strength, balance and self-trust.After more than 20 years as a fashion designer, I experienced unexpected changes in my own body and energy. Searching for answers, I found science, strength training and a new clarity.
I became a certified Menopause Coach and MILO Personal Trainer –
and HERBLOOMING was born.
Today, I coach women 1:1 in The Hague with a focus on strength, education and realistic guidance – always with warmth, structure and humor. Because strength changes everything.As we age, we naturally start to lose muscle – but muscle is our biggest tool for our healthy life span and longevity.But with smart training, it’s never too late to rebuild your strength.

And midlife ? It’s not the end. It’s your wake up call for your time to bloom.

I train with you 1:1 – always tailored to your level, your life phase, and your personal goals. My standard coaching includes focused in-studio sessions with an individual training plan and adjustments based on your progress.Need more support?
The Premium option includes an additional personalized plan to support extra home or gym sessions.
Your strength sessions may also include elements of:
power training, jumping & intervals, functional moments and core work.
Training at least twice a week is key to maintaining muscle, resilience
and energy in daily life.
→ Most women start to feel a difference after 8–12 weeks.
→ Building a strong foundation usually takes 6–18 months, depending on your consistency and lifestyle.

· Short movement analysis to check your starting point
· 1:1 coaching – once or twice per week, depending on your plan
· Personal training plan – tailored to your goals and lifestyle
→ Premium upgrade: includes a second plan/ video for your home or gym training
Your sessions follow a progressive training structure, adapted to your level:
→ movement basics, core training, mobility & balance
→ power training & intervals for performance and conditioning
STANDARD – 1×/week (4 sessions/month) → €240 / month
PREMIUM – 1×/week (4 sessions + plan/video) → €259 / month
INTENSIV – 2×/week (6-7 sessions/month) → €360-420/ month

Why strength training matters now ?

Studies show that after around age 35, we lose about 0.8% of muscle mass every year.
It starts with our fast-twitch muscle fibers, the ones that give us power. By around 65, this loss speeds up.
Muscle is our biggest tool to fight sarcopenia, osteopenia, and cardiovascular disease.
It directly affects our health span and longevity.

The good news?

Just 2–3 strength training sessions per week can make a huge difference.
That means there’s a lot to gain by STARTING resistance training.

As a menopause yoga teacher, I’ve always known how important strength training is.
