I support you in learning safe and effective movement patterns for strength training – tailored to your level, your life phase & your personal goals.
We can combine individual studio sessions with a home workout plan, because:Strength training twice per week is essential to build and maintain muscle mass – especially during midlife.

What to expect:

· Free Koffietalk (30 minutes) – to see if we’re a good fit
· Movement analysis as part of your start
· Personal coaching – once or twice per week
· personal trainingsplan + 2 plan for your Home/Studio workout for 4 weeks
· Progressive training based on your level:
→ Beginner: movement basics, strength & body awareness
→ Advanced: HIIT, balance, plyometrics, core stability
· Nutrition, sleep & stress support
· Pelvic floor focus
· Optional: personal mobility & yoga sessions with an external teacher

· You’ll often feel a difference after just 8–12 weeks
· Building a strong foundation takes about 6 to 18 months
